Everything started when my friend Eva brought me the right quality flour from the mill one Saturday afternoon. Cakes, buns and dumplings all had a delicious taste. I would never believe , just saying that flour can be as delicious as it was in my childhood when grandmother baked “Honza’s buns”. It’s just flour ??? !!!

All of a sudden, it had a quick fall. With our single purchase and unpacking of the purchased food, to store it in the fridge and in all the jars and bags in the food cabinet. Dustbins and bags for sorted waste overflowed, and we stood helpless above them every day. In our village, the waste is taken once every 14 days, so we stored and stored it until that day. So we bought a bigger bin. Thus, our wastes with waste have stopped for a while. But !? Although the waste container was larger, nothing was actually resolved. Everything was repeated, only in a larger one.

Our evening sessions on waste and nature conservation have taken the best course….

We decided with the man that we would start shopping completely differently than we used to. In the beginning it was difficult, to prepare a detailed list of everything we would like to buy, to take all the boxes, bags and glasses for it all. But not all foods can buy loose. But even a little worth it. For example, in supermarkets to buy boxes for example sausages, they just wrapped our whole box in foil and put the code to it through the box. Oh no. So go back to the butcher …

My first feeling when I came out of a butcher’s shop, where ham, cheese and meat were put by the shop assistant in ready-made boxes, was indescribable. I tapped the milk into the jars of milk and put my full wicker basket in the car. Just put it in the fridge at home. No waste !!!!! And so our purchases continued, we were proud of each other. They weren’t let down by all the people, we were in the shop different and weird at the moment. But we didn’t mind.

And this is how the idea and the first step were created, to create for us all those who want to save our beautiful nature and especially their health, a small shop where everyone can buy loose food and will not feel strange “Kružíkovice sprinkled food”.
